1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and umg8 regarding your access to the website and use of its sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, promotions, payment functions, and customer support services. 5 Account Security

6 Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must come from a payment method held in the same name as the registered account holder. 7 Bonuses, Rewards, and Promotions

Casino and slot play

Casino wagers are governed by the displayed game rules and verified game outcome. Interruptions caused by a device, connection, or browser do not automatically cancel a completed round. 10 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use umg8 to engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or disruptive activity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• opening duplicate, false, underage, or third-party accounts;
• using another person's bank account, e-wallet, identity document, or payment instrument;
• collusion, match manipulation, chip dumping, automated exploitation, or fraudulent betting;
• attempting to interfere with software, security controls, game outcomes, or platform availability;
• using funds connected to fraud, money laundering, theft, or another unlawful activity;
• harassing support staff or submitting false documents and misleading information; and
• exploiting an obvious error rather than reporting it to umg8.

Where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, umg8 may restrict transactions, suspend access, request documents, void affected wagers, remove improperly obtained benefits, or close the account. Any action will be based on the available evidence, applicable rules, and legitimate security obligations.

11 Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be treated as paid entertainment, not as a source of income. You should only wager money you can afford to lose and should never chase losses, borrow to gamble, or allow betting to interfere with work, relationships, or essential expenses.

umg8 may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, failed identity checks, suspected fraud, payment disputes, security concerns, self-exclusion, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Temporary restrictions may remain in place while a review is completed.

Account closure does not remove rights or obligations that arose before closure. Clauses concerning verification, prohibited conduct, dispute handling, privacy, payment obligations, and liability continue where their nature requires them to survive.

13 Service Availability and Liability
